The DownSize Gripper, Patent No WO2019219707, has been developed to resolve the problem of increased fillet weights. If the tray weight is 600g and the average incoming weights are 240, it is not possible to pack many 600g trays. To fulfil the orders the robot can downsize the last or sometimes the two last fillets to make a 600g pack.
